FastingTool.org was built with privacy as the default, not an afterthought. We believe your health data belongs to you and you alone.
What Data We Collect
None. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. Period.
The fasting sessions, trends, and preferences you enter are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This means:
- Your data never leaves your device
- We cannot access your data even if we wanted to
- No accounts, passwords, or email addresses are required
- Clearing your browser data will erase your history
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.
If we display advertisements in the future, they will be served through privacy-respecting networks that do not track individual users.
Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on static hosting platforms (GitHub Pages / Vercel / Netlify). These services may log basic server access data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security purposes. We do not have access to these logs and do not use them for any purpose.
Data Export
You can export your fasting data at any time using the Report Export feature. The exported CSV file belongs entirely to you.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and post a notice on the homepage. The core principle — your data stays in your browser — will not change.
